From the first time we meet and with each house-hunting trip, I'm getting to know more and more about what you like and dislike in a home and neighborhood. For example, if you say you don't want to live on a busy street, I'm not going to waste your time showing you those homes. If you say you don't want to pay more than a particular price, I'm not going to push you into a higher price range.
I Am Here When You Need Me!
If you can only see properties in the evening, that's fine with me. I work 7 days a week and these days homes come and go quickly, so I am available as soon as you can be to view them. I return emails and calls within 2-3 hours (or sooner!) and I'm constantly on the MLS looking for possibilities for you.
I'm Always Going to Tell You the Truth!
If something is overpriced, I'm going to tell you to put in a low offer. If the house is in a flight path, I'll point it out. I'm not going to cover up potential problems to rush you. Buying a home doesn't have to be stressful if you know what to expect and you have the facts to make the right choices.

From day one of your search until you get the key I will be working for you each step of the way so you are knowledgeable of everything that is happening. If you've never purchased a home before, we'll go over the contract in detail before you sign anything and I'll explain the escrow process including inspections, appraisals and lending. If you are interested in a foreclosure or short sale, I'll tell you all the pros and cons so you can make the best decisions.
